What do you like best about the product?
The visibility it has to know where every project is. The have all infomation in one place for a project.

I have nothing but good to say about Acumatica. It has been night and day difference from the time we switch

Can't really think of anything. Once you do think of something, it is usually taken care of by the Acumaticaa team within a reasonable amount of time.

There are features that will come with new updates. But the issues are minor

User friendly experience and improving the customer experience

Sometimes can be a little glitchy and stalls which requires us to go to our partner to resolve issues that should be straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System that actually functions and works for the business. We had systems that were totally disconnected and not reconciled back to the financials

Ease of Use, Flexibility, and ease of customization and the community.

Some functionality that I expect to be core depends too heavily on third party products.

Real Time data entry and progress tracking
Customizable and Efficient for Complex Inventory Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Acumatica is customizable by user and company. It easily allows us to keep our sales and expenses separated by project to run margins based on customers and regions. Acumatica makes inventory easy for accountants, especially with inventory in different locations over many states.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only struggle we have is that subaccounts are chart of accounts wide instead of having different subaccounts only for specific accounts, but we have worked around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica lets us keep sales and expenses separated by project, enabling easy margin analysis. It simplifies inventory management across locations, which was challenging with WolfePak.
Efficient Integration, Data Sharing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica easily integrates with Shopify, which allows us to manage inventory for all 100 stores in one place. I also appreciate being able to easily share data with the team through GIs and dashboards. I can create a report for the team, and they can slice and dice that data for their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of data that needs to be purged. It slows down the system.

Acumatica integrates with Shopify for inventory management across all stores, and allows me to create reports easily and share data through GIs and dashboards, helping the team with data analysis.
Fairly new and looking forward to using more and more of this exciting product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that they have a Construction Edition. It is a great company and we have enjoyed our first conference which has exposed us to the great potential

It can be quite complex and so it has been a cumbersome transition. The instructions can spider off into so many directions that it is a time investment to figure out how to do things
