A versatile platform for meeting unique customer needs
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the system has cleared the path to taking advantage of more aspects of the ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas (i.e. time entry) that can be a little bulky for large sets of employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to vast and differing data for quick business decisions.

Acumarica is not a accoutning sofrware that works well with Trimle.

It is an easy to learn, easy to integrate product, and the community is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always challenges to new; but the teams are available to limit dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of multi company data and visualization; the consistency and availability for users.

The integrations and connections with market leaders.

The high learning curve. Being a construction company we have many users that have difficulty learning new technologies.

Allowing better communication between field staff and office operations.

Acumatica is easily configured to meet OUR needs instead of us modifying our processes to conform to the platform.

Any shortcomings with the platform is often solved with 3rd party applications.

Keeping an eye on subcontractor payments so we do not exceed the contract value.

Highly Customizable, Solves Complex Consolidation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization available in Acumatica that allows the ERP to fit the specific business use case. I find the initial setup to be pretty easy, thanks to our VAR.
What do you dislike about the product?
We consistently run into load time issues due to the sheer amount of data stored in our system. We also consistently limit out. More processing power dedicated to instances. Better training on appropriate GI building. Better communication for our VAR on breaching limit thresholds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to consolidate different companies and establish a control environment, which was missing in QuickBooks.

What do you like best about the product?
The dfunction I utilize the most is how I can have my opportunities linked to sales orders and POs. That paired with the acticities tab makes it easy to organize all my information on orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project Management tools are not very user friendlty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Savinf emails and notes into the activities tab has helped me not rely on my inbox
Fantastic resources for implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI with helpful resources for implementing additional functionalities beyond just core functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to build out processes without knowledge of how the configurations and generic inquires work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has helped us quite a bit with data analytics.
