Streamline your business and have an ERP that can adapt to your needs
What do you like best about the product?
Very smooth and streamlined. Adapting to your needs can be as easy as a few clicks, and almost all tasks can be fully automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are someone tied to the reseller you select when purchasing, and changing that can be very difficult. Take time to pick the correct partner for your journe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleanly streamlined aftermarket sales to our customers, from email to invoice, and every step in between.
Organized event with knowledgeable presenters
What do you like best about the product?
My organization is in the implementation process and we've had some struggles to get started but we are hopefully on the right path now. I've learned quite a bit in the first day that I'll be bringing back to my team. Especially the integrations that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customizations are too in depth making it confusing when creating.

We currently use several systems that Acumatica will replace.

I find Acumatica to be intuitive and easy to use, which makes system optimization across multiple departments efficient. It provides real-time visibility into our business, and there is easy adoption from the shop floor to the accounting department.

Modern UI Enhances Usability, Setup Demands Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica's Modern UI and the ease of use to create GIs. The software houses all of our data in one place with easy search functions, which I find incredibly convenient. I'm excited about how the Modern UI will allow minimizing the screens and tabs my team needs to look at, ultimately improving our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information and a lot of tabs to look through, making it really hard to train new hires on what they need to look at. In addition, the Production Order module is very manual and requires a lot of specific buttons to be pressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica stores all our data in one place with easy search functions, simplifying data access. The Modern UI minimizes screens and tabs, boosting efficiency for my team.

I enjoy the ease of dashboards, Ease of implementaion

I am disliking the learning portion, it seems too fast and i am looking more for in depth training.

Audit functionality needs to be more automated into all the modules. We need to know who created/updated records and what changed, without involvoing our developers.

Acumatica addresses our business opportunities and allows us to capture Est. Revenue and Costs so that we can forecast our business needs.
Streamlines Manufacturing Processes, Needs Easier Revisions
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica streamlines processes including manufacturing, accounting, shipping, and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a process is released there is no way to go back and edit if necessary. I also found the initial setup to be challenging.

I use Acumatica for manufacturing ERP. It streamlines manufacturing, accounting, shipping, and quality processes.
Acumatica - a fit for custom fab
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to utilize the software to pull data that can be used for great analsys. Very customizable and limitless users at the same pricing. Able to put in thoughts for improvements and they listen to their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
scheduling didn't work for custom fab when we first signed up. There was not a way to do parallel processing. see the good points for how they deal with this - they listen and work to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use and great GUI - being able see the date smoothly and effortlessly makes my job much simpler. the ability to pull the data out of the system is a wonderful plus.
