Powerful System
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is an extremely powerful system, fully integrated, and continually evolving to meet our business needs. Our ESM Carolyn is one of a kind and there isn't a problem she can't solve for us.

At times, it can be overwhelming due to the multiple functions.

Acumatica provides timely and relevant data that we need to make business decisions.
Solid Solution with Room for Support Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Acumatica as the source of truth for our finance, inventory, and manufacturing processes. It ensures accurate data and allows us easy access to review, approve, and audit financial transactions. I appreciate the investment in future improvements and the ease of updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support cases that make it to Acumatica seem to take longer than I would like. I wish for quicker resolution when our VAR can't solve the issues.

Ease of use - because the system is intuitive, our team was able to adopt the new systems and processes with ease.

Sometimes it is difficult to receive support from Acumatica on issues that our VAR cannot support.

Easy to implement, great feature set, large community and integrations to fit all business models

Coming from a on-prem ERP has a little learning curve not having access to run sql quieries

Acumatica provides us with a modern solution to run the business while lowering overhead and TCO
My review of Acumatica - Manufacturing
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Acumatica to me is the fact that it is highly customizable. Without even needing to code, you can utilize GIs to manipulate and create almost anything when it comes to the data within Acumatica. Coded customizations and 3rd Party softwares further that capability.
Another thing I like is that they have a wide and responsive community forum.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about Acumatica is that it is very tough to undo miniscule mistakes when it comes to receiving, invoicing, shipping, etc. While yes in a robust operation, these errors shouldnt happen if a company has scanners/flushed out processes but for smaller companies where human error and manual processes are prevalent it can provide lots of hardships trying to fix the error.

Acumatica is helping me provide better solutions and readily accessible data to provide to executives that can cover profit margins, production capacity, work distribution, etc.
