Excellent ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited users. System adaptability. Multi company capabilities

More out of the box dashboards and better graphical reporting capability

Acumatica is hands down the best ERP solution for the SMB marked.

Smart and Flexible Accounting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its flexibility and how smart it is. It compiles all transactions and provides live figures, which is very helpful for accounting. I also enjoy building generic inquiries and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like carrying over parameters from my Generic Inquiries to my dashboards. It would be better if I didn't have to create a secondary Generic Inquiry to use for the dashboard.

I use Acumatica for accounting as it compiles all transactions and provides live figures.

Versatility and the ability for users to customize GIs, dashboards, etc.

Can have latency depending on certain browsers.

Nearly everything can be customized or extended to meet our business needs

Large learning curve when first getting started using the platform.

Having one centralized location for all our accouhnting data. For systems that don't integrate directly, we've cvreated customizations to import and shuttle data to and from the system.
Three years using Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
We like the intuitive UI and the Velixo integration. The flexibility with configuration and process flows works for us. For our business the licensing model works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have some users who think the mobile app is hard to use. That may be more preference than criticism.

Streamlined UI and Effortless Inventory Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and streamlined UI. It gives me control over what users see, ensuring they only access necessary data. The focus on operational efficiency and inventory management adds to its value. Also, with the new UI, everything seems good.

Relatively easy to learn and train employees

Reporting needs to be manually created by row set and column set which is very time consuming

Working on building in efficiences in our system currently. Acumatica Community is a huge help in this process.
