We went live on Acumatica a little over 2 weeks ago. It has been a great experience so far.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for great reporting and customization. It feels like it is unlocking our ability to reach full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is early on in our experience, I dislike the lack of ability to split incoming documents into multiple jobs. This could be a possibility, but we have not had luck with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is solving our search to find a "best-in-class" accounting system that works strongly in the construction industry. It is doing so while offering a strong integration wtih Procore.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease wiith which you can access your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
GI reports can be tedious and difficult to link together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless importing of Raw material ticket and billing tickets.

Scalability and flexibility. Acumatica is dynamic and helps us continue to manage the growth of our business.

As a distributor with manufacturing functions, the sales kitting options could be more robust for us.

Helping us scale our growth. We continue to be increasingly complex and Acumatica's functions continue to help us manage the growth.
Acumatica: Automate and Integrate!
What do you like best about the product?
As an end-use, I love how easy Acumatica is to use. Being able to take control of my user experience is invaluable; things like favorites and universal search make navigating the system a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica's user interface is a little dated, so I'm very excited for the modern UI to be rolled out in the near future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a professional services firm, expense management is a big deal for us. Acumatica allows me to enter receipts quickly, and management is notified so I can get my reimbursements quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the random conversations that happen between user and even acumatica employees that are full of enrgy and everyone's willingness to learn and understand eachother
What do you dislike about the product?
It is crowded, some of the larger sessions take a while to get in and out of.

File storage, Workflow approvals, ease of access for all stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and the drag and drop feature for attaching documents to bills is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not come across any downsides or dislikes. I do get a little overwhelmed with the learning center. I don't find that it's easy to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us keep track of our grant funds and helps us monitor spending.

It's very flexible in customzing to our business needs.

Sometimes it doesn't save the information.

Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
It combines a high level of customization with a user interface that is intuitive and easy to use. I was able to jump into Acumatica with almost no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some challenges with the fixed asset module but I suspect that it is more of an "us" issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing multiple systems together in a way that creates efficiencies for the company. Allows us to manage our subsidiaries as well.
