Real-Time Data, Customizable and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything in Acumatica is real-time, providing instant data for order status, allocation, and overall margins. The ability to customize data and reports is another aspect I enjoy. I also appreciate how easy Acumatica is to use and how straightforward it is to train new users on the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the 'Promised to sell' function is not a core feature, and I wish Acumatica had the ability to send payment links with quotes through Acumatica payments. From a salesperson's perspective, I find it challenging that I can't easily see when a made-to-order or out-of-stock product will be back in stock to communicate this to customers.

Acumatica provides customers with real-time data for order status, allocation, and overall margins.
Tax modules are good, a bit clunky in some areas

I like the tax module, the reports are great
What do you dislike about the product?
Its slightly clunky compared to business central, more like GP in some of its functionality

Easy Learning Curve but Setup Takes Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is easy to learn, which is really helpful. Timely billing is another aspect that stands out, and I find it valuable to contact people through the program. I also value the AP document recognition feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Acumatica difficult to teach, especially to people who are change resistant or tech resistant. We should've invested more time into its implementation.

Acumatica helps me with timely billing and makes it easy to contact people through the program.

I find Acumatica to be a lot more efficient than our previous system. It's very user-friendly, which I appreciate. The simplicity and smart innovations really stand out, reducing the time spent to gather data and process transactions.

Efficient ERP with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica has user-friendly screens that are easy to manage. Also, I appreciate the multiple ways to navigate or access pages. It helps with maintaining data integrity and provides one source of truth, which is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to push item updates to work orders and bills of material rather than always being a snapshot in time.

Effective Inventory Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's ability to plan, create, and track. It helps me track inventory in real time, plan manufacturing needs, and create purchase orders and work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are way too many windows and duplicate information in Acumatica. I haven't found a way to scrap price parts in a production order yet. Also, the MRP should be able to filter to show just what I need to create POs for. I think the clock-in feature should be available in the production WO, instead of requiring a completely different screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica to manage inventory accurately, track inventory in real-time, and plan manufacturing needs. It helps me plan, create, and track to create purchase orders and work orders efficiently.
Seamless Scaling with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica for its ease of use and the ability to access data from anywhere. It's great that all data is consolidated in one place and field reports can be filed live. I also appreciate the cost codes and the ability to have detailed reports without having to run any code. The initial setup was seamless, and I would highly recommend Acumatica with a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice if Acumatica had more out-of-the-box reporting options and maybe something similar to Crystal Reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica consolidates all my data in one place, allowing live field reports and access to data from anywhere. It supports scalability with features like field services, offers ease of use, includes cost codes, and provides detailed reports without needing to run code.
