Flexible, Yet Needs Improvement in Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica's flexibility and find its cost tracking feature valuable for ensuring profitability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find commissions calculations challenging, and I wish costs were easier to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for accounting and inventory, solving related issues, and I value its cost tracking to ensure profitability.
Great for Comprehensive Accounting, Tough Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica automatically recognizes incoming bills, which is really helpful. The combination of sales, operations, HR, and management functions in one system is great because everyone can see the work and check the status easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup of Acumatica was not very easy.

Customizable ERP That Speeds Up Reporting and Automates Manual Work
What do you like best about the product?
It’s customizable, enables fast reporting, it allows for business automations that can take the manual work out repeated processes
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI does not feel as advanced as other, larger ERP’s. The dashboards can feel very clunky

Highly Customizable, But Execution Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability of Acumatica. I'm able to adjust as needed for new inventory ID I create. The setup was easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of creating a quote and tracking when it’s created into a project could be improved. The setup was easy, but the execution was poor, and there was too much customization which was not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps with BOM creation, operation process, and shipping.
Efficient, Integrative Inventory Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Acumatica allows everything to be in one place and everyone has access to view everything. Our project managers, sales reps, and operations team can all see and utilize the information placed in the system, which is really helpful. The learning process was fast and quick for us, which was a big advantage too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could scan items with a scanner into our inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for inventory and order processing. It solves issues with finding inventory and creating POs. I like that everything is in one place, allowing all team members, including project managers, sales reps, and operations, to access and utilize the same information.

ease of use, ease of training, lots of resources

data pulling is very hard to do unless you know coding

Data was in a silo but now is all in one place

Slow its been so slow lately. I wish it was even more customized

Intuitive and Unifying Solution for Company Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find that Acumatica makes keeping track of billing a simple task and I appreciate its ease of use. We are just beginning the process with Acumatica, and it's all new and well-liked so far. I also appreciate the ease of using the import function for incoming invoices.
What do you dislike about the product?
When coding billing, it would be great if there was an easier way to move between accounts, sub accounts, and projects on each line. It is awkward.

I use Acumatica to keep track of billing easily. It simplifies managing our company's aspects in one system instead of several.

I use Acumatica for running our business operations. It has helped automate many of our processes, saving time. I also find it highly customizable. Acumatica has a wide variety of add-on programs to help strengthen areas where the base program is lacking.

The WMS could be improved. It is ok, but doesn't help nearly as much as other specialized programs do. The initial setup was very difficult.

Effortless Integration and Customization Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize Acumatica to fit our niche processes. It integrates so easily with third-party tools, which is fantastic. Using tools like SPS allows our biggest customers to use EDI and make their shopping experience even better. The initial setup of Acumatica was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more robust customizations for our warehouse management.
