Acumatica ERP
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of all the different modules, the increasing functionality and the breadth of the product. I like the integrations with all the third party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some functionality that is missing, and some of the modules don't have export very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with our local var is great, they have the resources to assist. Yea to Intuitive-Tek.
Good but the financials statement report writer is not easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the connections to excel through queries.

financials stmt report writer isn't easily manipulated. could be more excel based

What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and the help section has been useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot do substantiated billing with Expense Receipts. And time entry doesn't total hours per day.

Better data collection and transparency.

Dashboards provide data at my fingertips. The level of configuration provides critical flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
All screens look exactly alike, sometimes difficult to know where you are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to Move away from multiple disjointed systems. Reduce human error and create a scalable company wide solution. Additionally the cloud based solution allows us to avoid a costly IT infrastructure.
Acumatica has brought our business to the next level.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having remote access to our data and being able to have our inventory and accounting data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of acumatica is understanding the reporting features since I am not a real technical computer person.

Inventory management has increased with Acumatica.
Good ERP with great features for Small - Mid Size Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has a few great features that distinguish it from other ERP systems. It provides transactions to be copied and reused with ease. The user interface is cool and pretty intuitive for all users. Import scenarios are a cool feature and it is easy to build generic inquiries. Great product for small and mid businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like support for multi companies and moving pacakages with ease.

Ease of use for end users. Easy to add new companies as new tenants.

Limitations on fixed assets and the dutch method

none achieved to date, finance benefits will require additional plug-ins. none available to us out of the box

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cost model with the unlimited users. The API is amazing and our 3rd party software developers love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great and there isn't anything I dislike.

It is helping my company to become more data driven.

It is quick and easy to follow. Reports Are simple and user friendly.

The GL has too many choices. Would like to have the Main Gl connected to the sub accounts.

Merging agencies, AP solutions, AR solutions, Manufacturing.
I feel that Acumatica is very user friendly
