challenges with reporting and invoicing takes many more steps then our prior system.
What do you like best about the product?
We like that we own our data in our Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gi's are more challenging and slower to run then expected. Tasks taking a lot of time to constantly dismiss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big benefit is to be in the cloud and able to access from anywhere.

Ease of adoption with employees. Intuitive and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Acumatica is that we can keep all our functions in finance, distribution etc under one product. Also always innovating new solutions.

Training from our VAR is not always as comprehensive as needed.

Bringing construction accounting into 1 place and better reporting for costs/revenue.

Acumatica is a modern cloud and web-based technology.

Still missing functionality available in other older ERP solutions.

As a VAR it's allowing us to use and experience the solution we're selling.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a cloud-based system and that it is designed for both manufacturing and construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the VARs aren't always as well versed in the system as some VARs in some other systems that I have experience.

Overcoming the shortcomings of our present ERP (we are only in the implementation process).

Handles large volumes of transactions well.

Views do not show enough information.

Contracts and deferred revenue have been very useful.

I like how user friendly Acumatica is and how it is cloud based and can be accessed from anywhere versus needing a VPN to log in, etc.

There is nothing that I have found so far.

Before Acumatica, we did not have any inventory control and that has been the biggest benefit to our team.
Connecting multiple international subsidiaries
What do you like best about the product?
After reviewing multiple ERP options, we chose Acumatica for the relative ease of implementation that allowed us to walk before we run. Another advantage we saw was the ability to expand our use of the system as we grow as a company. We found Acumatica ERP system to be very user friendly with an excellent Help system. We were able to learn how to do a lot of task on our own by using Help files.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found Report Designer to be the least user friendly function compared to all others. We were able to do what we needed but it was not as intuitive as with most other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Acumatica, all our entities were using different accounting systems and consolidating them required emailing Excel reports, adding them up manually and took a long time. By implementing Acumatica for all our subsidiaries, we shortened our month-end close from 2 weeks to 5 days and avoid errors.

What do you like best about the product?
License model, unlimited users, flexible, open API

There is nothing I have found so far that I dislike about Acumatica.

Single stack solution with connected partners if required. Custom design within software.
