What do you like best about the product?
The trace feature -- helps you see what's going wrong right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages are just as cryptic as Microsoft's!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: faster invoice generation. Benefits: consistent invoice formatting, single point of ar/ap.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's strength is that it is totally integrated. You dont need other products, just Acumatica!
What do you dislike about the product?
How about payroll for us Canadians please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still implementing. But it will solve our multicurency issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use a VAR for structured implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, licensing is very affordable and we have visibility from anywhere in the world. We use the distribution module and have implemented many dashboards and tools for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the company is growing very rapidly, I have a concern that the items we bring up for innovation will take longer and longer for Acumatica to get started and deliver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved, software freezing up, we have solved visiblity, we have solved sales pricing .
A reliable cloud solution for a light manufacturing business
What do you like best about the product?
I can sign in from anywhere and help my team deliver on our our business goals and customers' needs. The data architecture is fairly easy to read and write, and I can customize tables, dashboards, and reports with little to no code.
What do you dislike about the product?
If two people are working on the same form and they save before you, your data is lost without an option to download the form. The field service module does not encourage a simple workflow and numerous forms are required to complete the end to end process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manufacturing and inventory controls that are directly tied to financials. We reduced the number of systems and offline spreadsheets which has improved communication and cut down on bottlenecks.

Nothing, great system all around. Wish I had it sooner.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica keeps a solid focus on growth and integration. The platform has excellent capabilities when it comes to using your data how you want to use it, whether that is brining in external data our driving external actions based on data in Acumatica.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some growth points where Acumatica is continuing to grow, and there isn’t as much support for real-time, event driven API interactions as some more cutting edge businesses might prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing a highly automated retail purchasing pipeline which is only possible because of the level of integration that Acumatica allows us to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be open to adjusting your workflow to fit well within Acumatica. These don’t have to be large changes, but force fitting old methodologies can hamper your success on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The constant work they put in to put out two upgrades a year. This combined with the add on programs makes it a great solution for almost any business segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing with Acumatica but our channel partner is not the best.

Better output of data for review to improve operations.

From the accounting side, I love how easy it is to attach files.

Troubleshooting in Acumatica can be challenging!

What do you like best about the product?
The future road map. We chose Acumatica based on their development and are happy to see those features being put into place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still in learning curve. Some 3rd party interfaces still in development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not "live" yet but anticipate multi-company reporting and streamlining our construction billing will be great benefits.
