Powerful software with cloud based ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is good enough. If you come across any problem, then it seems to be helpful enough. It is proved to be easier enough for re-entering details. It is super easy to make amendments. It is the easiest way of projecting demands and supply. It makes our decision making power faster with the help of dashboard generic inquiries. It saves much of our efforts and precious time for collecting information and coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports are difficult to customize. Some of its features need to have deep understanding. Initially it is found to be difficult in signing up. Otherwise it is handling and fulfilling all our requirements with huge ease. Nothing ever disappointed me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has brought a great revolution in our working system with its positive transformation. Its dashboards remains active all the time as it is available on our cell phones and keep us alert by enabling us to have look on our important data. So in this way it runs business smoothly. This is fully featured and multi functional platform that comes with advanced convenience.

You can blindly trust this product for future development. It is based on a very strong foundation. It is comfortably recommended software. It offers easy searching capabilities. It will help you take powerful decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say this is excellent ERP for midsize business. I love the generic inquiries of this software the most. Its simplest deployment is likeable indeed. Its efficient team always remains active to provide sufficient assistance related to deployments along with other errors and updates. This is the robust and advanced tool in order to customize reports so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly I haven't encountered any major problem with Acumatica. There is nothing to dislike about this. The only thing needs to be improved is the Time Card system. Its efficient team needs to have some enhancements and attention. Otherwise it is really doing a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the overall easy to use and highly polished interface. It is found to be super helpful in running various kinds of reports. Templates as well as copying features have gone my favorite. No complication occurs during its set up. It generates powerful results if it is set up effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this awesome tool to other companies if they want to have perfect invoicing and sales. It offers you all solid interface options. I love its consistent screens. It will make you get rid of all the old fashioned financial reporting methods and replace them with the latest and advanced methods for generating finance reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica Cloud ERP is helping us to get rid of all the financials reporting system that was done manually but now with this tool we are becoming more professional in generating our finance reports and also in dealing with accounts handling. It has made customer relation management so easy and reliable for us. We are ready every time to entertain our clients with right piece of information because this tool has managed our key works like invoicing sales funnel so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it generates good reports but sometimes it does not process them fast. Its email system could be more efficiently integrated and also I really wish if they could provide templates. Sometimes its mobile application does not work as effectively as it works on the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides remarkable customer Service by offering full visibility into all customer interactions, which involves pre sales and after sales customer contact services. It has made easy for you the whole team to over look a project being at their own place this includes reporting and BI capabilities and customized queries.

I will highly recommend Acumatica to every business type. It is very suitable and moderate tool to bring efficiency in your work flows. It is fully featured which helps you dealing your account and finance efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is a solution to our all major problems, whether it is sales, planning or accounting and finance, we have implement this software in various sectors of our organization it is best tool which has provided us opportunity to work like big organizations by arranging our data in well order by timely placing of the order by bringing us more closer to our customers. When it comes to procurement department we are now generating good reporting then previous, which were done manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still feel a gap in its reporting it should be more organized also the integrated between production and sales order should be over looked. Initially it is difficult to use because dashboard is equipped be so many icons and you may find it messy it should has the option to hide those features, which we do not use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your customers are your backbones, without them you cannot move I am very much satisfied by Acumatica which allowed us to Manage the quotes automatically in very short time , we do not have to out the same client data gain and again. We never got late in our delivery time periods it provides us notifications.

It is very reasonable I pricing and easy to start and implemented I think it is a great sources for moderate and small business setups, you can really convert your tech problems into tech solution and bring so much modification to your process that could work like bigger organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is easy and intuitive to use, especially for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were bugs initially, but Acumatica technical support was quick to help find the root cause and resolve the issues promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of our legacy systems through acquisitions into one single system. Now we are on a single chart of accounts which has vastly improved our accounting and reporting needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Finding a VAR who understands your business and has a good grasp of implementing Acumatica.
Cloud ERP that is great for midsize businesses with friendly licensing
What do you like best about the product?
A well integrated set of ERP application that are read to use without much customizations if you are one of the verticals that Acumatica is focused on (Construction, Manufacturing, etc). Also the pricing / licensing options is suited for mid market to small cap companies that makes it better than other Cloud ERP from larger vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations are not easy and it is not well suited if you are interested in deploying one instance of the ERP across branch offices that span multiple countries.Lastly, the mobile app has limited functionality compared to web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud ERP instance that is accessible from any device with web or mobile with options for accounting,PO management, HR, reporting and some supply chain management through a single integrated application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good set of full integrated Cloud ERP application that is great for mid to small size business but if you are looking for Cloud ERP where you need to customize and deploy across borders, use one of the larger vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
The software and technologies layers are separate. This allows for technology to be upgraded/improved without creating issues with the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are in the implementation stage, I have not found anything to dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be simplifying and enriching our backend software.

Acumatica has industry specific modules that will handle any business needs.
A robust and easy to use product.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Acumatica is web based so that I can access the information from almost anywhere. The search functionality allows for quick access of modules making the work flow very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi browser function not available. I primarily use Google Chrome for my browser however Acumatica does not work well within this browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many company processes have been streamlined, invoice flow has evolved from email chains to a process that can be tracked and monitored. Overall company productivity has increased from the ease of access.

Attending a presentation and you wont be dissatisfied. Acumatica has a lot to offer and ease of implimenting it into your organization is much easier than you may think,

Acumatica is user friendly and self explanatory as far as doing basic steps. The demos have been extremely helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One dislike would be the issues when opening multiple screens sometimes causes force logouts or functionality becomes unavailable.

The imports have reduced time being pent on certain task making us more efficient in the workplace.
