What do you like best about the product?
Web based and easy to navigate throughout the ERP system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a custom commission work flow and it is very clunky to use. Wish it was more efficient and seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating more work flows which helps us stay on task and be more efficient. More overall efficiencies for sure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent choice for an ERP system...highly functional.
Acumatica is very user intuitive and straightforward when navigating through the screens!
What do you like best about the product?
The report designer and generic inquiry builder are super straightforward and easy to use. It allows me to build comprehensive screens so clients are able to see the data they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the report designer could use an overhaul for the UI since it seems a bit dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I am solving with Acumatica is allowing customers to automate steps such as emailing reports at the end of the day or notifying them if certain events happen on the system that requires their attention. We have done this using business events.

What do you like best about the product?
Searching tools, up to the minute cost reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Critical functionality specific to the Construction application needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inclusion of all relevant stakeholders into the Project process. Easier access to information.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use an configurability. The ability to be able to shape the software to specific business rules and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of the box reporting. A few missing features in the sales order/distribution area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting clients with accounting, distribution, manufacturing, professional services and field services business problems using Acumatica.

What do you like best about the product?
For our company the best part of Acumatica is endless way of the customization. Using many of out of the box functionality we've created add on product to fit our business. With Acumatica we have replaced two systems, and currently working on few more. New Workflow feature would allows us to do customizations in much simple and efficient way. We also were able integrated with Power BI for better reporting, and use Velixo for financials reporting.
Also, what Acumatica team does for each release is amazing - we are users from version 6, and our current is 2020R1.

What do you dislike about the product?
Better out of the box reporting would be great. But we see it up coming with improving generic inquiries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced our homegrown 30 years old application and right now our company is blest with the decision moving to Acumatica - all company works remotely from homes and business is growing!

I liked the history option. No more multiple screens.

Not really a dislike, just need to understand the new workflows and see how hard it will be to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based ERP, unlimited users, very powerful feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to configure, takes time getting used to user interface.

Acumatica is handling Project Accounting nicely, as well as inter-company transactions.
The new R2 version will save us so much time.

AI to auto-fill the screen is brilliant. We've been using Acumatica for over a year and it is well worth every penny

it isn't so much a dislike, I'm coming from 20 years of using AccountMate where the GL was a separate entity altogether. So having the GL as part of my work-a-day processes is a mental adjustment

being able to integrate our website, accounting, and marketing all in 1 place has changed how we do business

What do you like best about the product?
We are just starting to implement this ERP System. I am very impressed by the capabilities which match all of our needs. I think the easy search abilities and training is astounding. I am impressed by the Lot/Serial Tracking. Overall this system is extremely agile, you can change things fairly fast, and it can adapt quickly to robust changes within our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a buyer, I wish the purchasing methods were more robust. I am nervous about inventory optimization with the limited purchasing methods. Additionally the importing scenarios is a bit challenging and can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want one robust system which stores all of our orders, inventory, distribution, and accounting. The main purpose is to align our finance and inventory systems. Additionally to create and manage more master data item, better reporting, and creating standard dashboards. Despite the purchasing not being as robust, it will still create a lot of efficiency for our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a robust system and is constantly innovating, on the cloud, and is fairly easy to understand.
