Business Management with perfection.
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica Cloud ERP gives the best business management answer for digitally strong companies. Worked for portable and telecommuting scenarios and easily integrated with your preferred collaboration tools. A totally cloud-based ERP arrangement is a major improvement over our earlier in-house worker arrangement. The framework is easy to utilize, which makes training a breeze. Most arrangements always require some kind of tweaking and customization to help business measures, this framework is very agile, you can change things fast, and it can adapt rapidly to hearty changes inside your business. Ease of utilization, even the further developed features like bringing in and conventional request creation were easy to learn and are useful tools. Really dazzled with all of the new features. The UI is instinctive. - When you make sense of the basic layout and structure of the framework, each module is set up the same way. It allows you to join various lines of business and gives leadership perceivability from financial reports to interaction with customers; in general, it is exceptionally finished. It is clear to clients and partners that a ton of work goes into making the framework easy to utilize and natural. It takes into consideration all of the various needs of its clients and attempts to apply a total arrangement as it so happens
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning bend is hard for apprentices however, experience accompanies the time on the most proficient method to operate it adequately. A few reports are hard to redo. A portion of its features needs to have profound understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The framework is all around designed to handle info and yield data. It is easily customizable to fit client needs. Since I started utilizing this tool, it has served our company well and the planning of our company programs is compelling.

What do you like best about the product?
Our management team is able to monitor the workflow in our organization from a single source. This platform is easy to operate and can be accessed from anywhere. The user interface provides data visualization that is used to manage data trends and patterns in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The challenge I experienced was from the emailing system. Messaging with clients is sometimes difficult but in overall the other tools works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps management body in monitoring the progress of tasks and projects. It is important in ensuring the data trends in our organization is understood and reports provided are accurate.

For management of company workflow and service delivery Acumatica is the best platform I have come across. Very powerful and effective in company management. I highly recommend to any company for faster growth.

The system is well configured to handle input and out put data. It is easily customizable to fit the user needs. Since I started using this tool it has served our company well and planning of our company programs is effective.

Learning curve is difficult for beginners but experience comes with time of how to operate it effectively.

It helps us in handling data and planning for our company growth. We have created dashboards from the system to monitor the workflow in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
The Acumatica pricing proposal its great and the ability to quick downloading into either PDF or Excel files. Older, supply chain and distribution product and it allows easy data access from anywhere and at any given time.
Return management and excellent tool through which it helps many organization improve their various operations through billing, budgeting and reporting on different operation and it has a strong integration with Accounting systems.

May be to the users with less experience on the product or similar product getting to adapt to the system may take some time.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I wanted to see more.

in my 25 years of consulting service, I have not been more impressed with an ERP company. From the pioneers down to the product and support, Acumatica is relevant to business and excellent in providing solutions my clients need.

There are some solution aspects which are still developing such as the Customer Portal and CRM. However, for many clients we are able to find ways to extend these areas to afford value and then because Acumatica has the ability to integrate with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting folks on the same system. Connecting business processes that are typically manual, dis-jointed. Doing the unimaginable. Eliminating excuses of not having actionable data and insights - because it's all there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider having at least 1 power user who can work with databases, report-writing, etc. You can create concepts and then invite your partner to help you extend the program.

Flexibility of solution. Constant development. Add-on capabilities with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is taking quite some time for us to get to go-live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upgrading from a legacy ERP. Trying to streamline our processes, have better data visibility, and ability to leverage new technologies.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good alternative when upgrading from Quickbooks. IT is a much needed upgrade from QB. The platform is neat and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting package is cumbersome. The credit card integration is better in QB. Setting up the chart of accounts was difficult and time consuming. The Avalara tax integration is hard to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one problem solved is having an ERP networked and available on the web and mobile devices. We now have the capability to have financials real-time and let other departments, like A/R, A/P view customer and vendor details.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pick a gold partner to implement and ask a lot of questions. The partner does know your needs unless you tell them. Once you have told them, tell them again.

What do you like best about the product?
Completely cloud based ERP solution is a big improvement over our prior in-house server solution. System is very easy to use, which makes training a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Increasingly, our wholesale customers are asking for a slick, Amazon-like user experience where they can go online to place their own orders, track their shipments and see their order history online. The current CRM solution doesn't meet this need - its too cumbersome and not slick enough. We would like to see Acumatica address this -- either natively within the Acumatica software itself, or through a connector to some other cost-effective and easy to manage and launch B2B/online solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to eliminate the need for some of the 3rd party connections/solutions that we needed with our previous ERP (Sage); the built in Acumatica solutions work. This has simplified our in-house IT needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give Acumatica a hard look. It is a good and reasonable solution for small and mid-size companies.
Acumatica is very intuitive and the possibilities are endless. We have enjoyed the customer service
