intuitive and effective software to make your financial reports and manage your company's inventory
What do you like best about the product?
I like Acumatica very much because it is an intuitive platform on which I can generate solid financial reports, keep track of projects and receivables, plus I can accurately track the expenses generated by each project, it is highly automated and allows for a fast and productive workflow, Acumatica also collects information that allows you to see the performance of their systems from a single location, it is very simple to manage inventory using this program you can manage and track without problems each item in the inventory, gives you the ability to connect remotely through any device and location with this you can monitor your business operations 24 hours a day
What do you dislike about the product?
The negative things you can find in Acumatica are firstly depends on third party add-ons if you implement ERP in manufacturing and distribution companies, has a high learning curve because it has a lot of methods to calculate costs and this is not especially for a person who is starting to manage finances, the prices of their plans may vary and some are extremely expensive, the management for field services is not very good still needs to improve a little more to be a solid application in this function
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has given my organization the ability to manage our inventory and keep accounting for all our projects such as refunds, accounting reports and expenses, has also been very effective in tracking our inventory and sales, the truth is that Acumatica has been a great tool when accounting needs arise, with it we have managed to grow and improve our performance and our sales, now we use it throughout our company as we have invested in training our entire organization in the world of finance
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Acumatica to any organization that wants to manage its finances effectively and safely, is a software designed especially for business world is a program that has an intuitive platform that facilitates the work of your entire company, powerful to generate reports, manage inventory and track expenses that arise in each project, would not recommend Acuamatica for distribution and manufacturing companies because it depends on third party add-ons to implement ERP and finally has an unusual price structure that forces us to investigate much is their different plans

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica deployment and configuration is very simple, getting to understand the tool usability is also very easy and the quality of the the Software end results its great.
Acumatica has many useful capabilities from quick data downloading into Excel, easy data mining, financial and investing management, billing and projects cost estimation among many more.
Through this platform, user can freely have clear access to various information and data from anywhere online.

Not much, but to the new people on the platform the training may be required for the product manipulation.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many positive features in Acumatica. True Cloud Computing has made easy access both in office and remote. Acumatica can be customized to fit many needs. Reporting is very fast and easy. Search feature is easy to use. Acumatica is continuing to evolve in each new release and just gets better and smarter and faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike! Acumatica is a dynamic ERP system

Reports are timely and we can create dashboards for KPI

Consider the long term benefits of the cloud-based system of Acumatica and that Acumatica can be the one true source and that Acumatica will continue to learn and grow with each release

Ability to perform and customize! It is looking to be a big upgrade coming from generic programs such as quickbooks.

Industry awareness; With more users, there will be more integrations created to be shared throughout the platform.

We're still in the learning process. Noticing that we are able to tailor and customize with our Acumatica Partner to our needs.
Fairly good ERP solution. Highly customizable, but on the slower end.

Highly customizable and customization does not take too long. Good API abilities and fairly friendly interface. Newer version implements a lot of good features, but we did not have the chance to fully update yet (currently planning the project.

The system is kind of slow. GIs and reports take a long time to load, if there are a lot of tables involved. No Having statements.
High dependency on partners. Not all partners are knowledgeable. One of the partners that implement a customization for us, cannot finish the projects in over 2.5 years.

Acumatica is our full ERP solution. We input all the Stock Items information in there, track warehouse stock, customer relations, sales and purchase orders, as well as cases, accounting and all kinds of reports. We use the data from Acumatica (through API) to analyze future demands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose your partners wisely. If you choose the wrong partner, you will have a lot of issues with accounting and stock info or with timing.
