All-in-One Solution with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Acumatica, we can do everything we need within one system. It's quick, easy, and user-friendly. It also provides us with adequate and precise information when it comes to job costing and profit reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that anything not tied to the construction side of things doesn't work as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Acumatica for project management in one service. It gives us quick, easy access to precise information, particularly in job costing and profit reports.
Comprehensive and Efficient, Perfect for Growing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Acumatica for its all-inclusiveness, which is important for our project management needs. The iTech and Acumatica team have been great and efficient, making the initial setup a smooth process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Field Service addition lacking in Acumatica.

Acumatica solves project management by serving as all-in-one accounting software.
Intuitive Startup with Initial Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is our new ERP for our field service business. It allows us to run our new business and see profitability. It seems fairly intuitive and not overly complex, even though I am brand new to using it. The overall structure makes sense and my first impression is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a bit clunky such as the separation of billable hours and payroll. Still figuring this out though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica helps us run our new business and see profitability. It also seems fairly intuitive and not overly complex.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Acumatica is the most flexible ERP I have ever used. I also appreciate the ease in creating Dashboards, which helps users quickly plan their day.

Improving the speed in which data is displayed after filtering a pivot table

Acumatica gives visibility to core company data like inventory levels and sales numbers. It's the most flexible ERP and the ease in creating Dashboards helps users quickly plan their day.
A Digital Twin for Business Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica has become a digital twin of my business. I also appreciate the AI feature, which has allowed us to reduce headcount, drive efficiency, and minimize errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the WMS sucks. I wish it could go truly paperless with a robust mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica addresses all my business needs with addons, acting as a digital twin of my business. The AI feature helps reduce headcount, drive efficiency, and minimize errors.
Streamlined Automation but Needs Better Record Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation in Acumatica, as well as the fast-paced procedures it offers. It helps a lot with allocations, month end close, business events, and the automation schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Acumatica doesn't have a delete button to remove unwanted records. It creates huge confusion and unwanted data in the business without deleting abilities. The initial setup wasn't easy either.

I use Acumatica for finance and production in construction. It solves problems by automating business events and enhancing efficiency with fast-paced procedures like allocations and month-end close.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Acumatica is user-friendly and offers customizations, making it a great fit for our construction business. It's been a big help in keeping our job tracking seamless, and we can easily run job P&Ls to see where our strengths and weaknesses are. The financials are easy to pull, which lets us see how the company's performing overall. I also appreciated the initial setup support we received from Janella with SWK—she asked all the right questions to make sure everything went smoothly.

I need a delete button :)

I find Acumatica keeps job tracking seamless and helps run job P&L's to identify strengths and weaknesses. It's user-friendly, customizable, and pulling financials is easy, showing our company's performance overall.
Highly Customizable ERP with Some 3rd-Party Reliance
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Acumatica is for the team to use and understand. I also like the ability to customize the system to make it easier for everyone. I appreciate the portability and being able to access it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
What does not work is having to add on 3rd party modules to do some options like Stampli and EBiz. I would like to see more items integrated into Acumatica.

I use Acumatica for recording transactions accessible by the team and other systems. It's easy for my team to use, allows customization, and offers portability for access anywhere.
Easy GI & Web Endpoint Creation for Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to create GIs and web endpoints, which makes it straightforward to integrate with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often end up overloading our instance, and when that happens the response times become noticeably slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our sales orders and inventory has been much easier and more organized.
