New Acumatica Customer
What do you like best about the product?
The Best part about acumatica is the ability to scale and adapt with your company
What do you dislike about the product?
The only trouble we have come across is some small bugs which we create tickets for and they are generally resolved quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving our issue with a legacy ERP that is outdated and we realise the benefits of joining a growing company
So easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly. The database encompasses the company workflow. Also, because it is customizable, you get just about everything you need to handle day to day business tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes learning the database features can be time-consuming. However, once you learn to manuever within the system it is a whiz to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to consolidate programs to achieve business optimization is a plus. Acumatica allows you to use one software package where multiple programs were required previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is cloud bases. You can do anything you need as long as you have access to the internet. It is clear and organized, so you can navigate easily. Adding new modules is easy as well. Training is available through Acumatica directly as well as support. Really any thing I've needed help with I have been able to find in the online documentation or through support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards. I think the dashboards should be easier for anyone to build. You have to know the tables in which the data lives to put into the dashboard. It's not as easy to configure as some other platforms that are out there. Also need a better way to manage our development work and tasks for our developers. Currently we use DevOps which we have integrated, but it is still difficult to manage day to day tasks which impact our budget for each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Acumatica to track our customers and support tickets. We build quotes and projects. Our projects are managed through Acumatica, but dev and configuration work is handled within DevOps. Benefits of Acumatica is that it is fairly easy to integrate with.

What do you like best about the product?
As a techie the concept of the Business Framework being established is what I like best. Everything has been built up from it bringing a consistent experience across the entire software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to some other ERPs in the marketplace for a long time, there's a lack of basic features or "bells and whistles". Also some very logical issues occur due to configurations, this has been improving with every new version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
True Cloud ERP solution as compared to others that are not. Licensing is data consumption based, which is very nice when you have users who just need to see data. We've solved procedural issues related to discrete manufacturing as well as Inventory Management issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, neat user interface, Generic Inq. possibilities, the way we can connect CRM functionality with Case / support system we customized
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few, small specific items that I wish the system did out-of- the box
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time / double entry; automating our support case system has made customer service much more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great system , not only are we a reseller and stand behind the product, but we implemented Acumatica internally and have been very happy with that decision.
Acumatica has been very useful and I enjoy the flexible reports.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to pull detail by accounts and filter by subaccounts. I also enjoy using the velixo reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels hard to set up dashboard information and to set up the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Board reports flexibility. The reporting from acumatica is very useful. The AP process is also very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to be in cloud, import/export, functionality, ease of use, great customer support

Current new pricing strategy - alot of prospects can no longer justify switching

Access from anywhere, easy of approvals, mobile apps functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and fluidity of all the modules in one operating system
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have not found anything I dislike - hopeful for the new payroll module coming to Canada soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dual touch processes, many of the "old ways" we were touching items two or three times, we are almost to a one-touch operation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ease of use and fluidity of all the modules is a real asset.
Very user friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. You can easily search and find anything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all training material are fully up to date with the latest release so it gives wrong instructions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moved from a very archaic program that was not user-friendly and didn't provide training documents for new users. We wanted something that there was plenty of training materials for new users to get up and running quickly. We also wanted the ability for someone to cover for a colleague if they were out due to vacation or illness without a log of errors/downtime.
Great software for inventory control and manufacturing
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is great for inventory control and very helpful for manufacturing and creating production orders. It is overall user friendly and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to update bill of materials in production orders that are already in process if you wanted to. It would also be helpful to more easily be able to customize reports and do intercompany transfers. It would also be helpful to be able to upload skus and pricing in all countries at one time.

Correcting inventory of raw materials through production orders.
