Acumatica Customer
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's has a flexible architecture and ease of integration and customization with minimal coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica continues to improve and innovate and have not found anything to dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our implementation is performing to our requirements and consolidated all of our different ledgers into Acumatica.

Better customer service, and better access to customer information. Better accounting.

So far I don't dislike Acumatica. Or have any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Service. A/R . Tracking Inventory. and counting.
Excellent Development Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica provides a very complete and usable platform from which to build additional functionality to fit specific business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more flexibility in customizing the user interface, but I believe that is coming in future versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business operates in a vertical that has been able to use Acumatica as a base, but requires additional customization. We have extended the Lot Serial and Allocation capabilities to fit our needs for country of sale disease testing requirements.
Robust implementation and Expansion
What do you like best about the product?
The framework allows for robust implementation and customization of any area of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is too much customizability with not a full view of how the developer documentation is at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are minimal problems. We use the manufacturing industry module along with B2B and B2C integrations for e-commerce, which have increased our productivity.
Almost there as a all in one solution for ERP systems
What do you like best about the product?
Clean, easy to use user interface, unique cost structure that is a value add when compared to other ERP systems. Flexible platform to allow you to connect to other vendor solutions to provide a tailored system for your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica gate keeps some functions that can create challenges in trying to achieve specific business functions. Some core modules do not offer much flexibility for some business processes where one is forced to find outside solutions, which ends up costing more to make certain business functions works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We combined two separate systems (Quickbooks and Acctivate) we were using for financials and inventory management into one system. This eliminated any data sync issues we've had in the past and also provided a true cloud platform to allow our remote users to work more efficiently.
Acumatica - I love it
What do you like best about the product?
Scalability and supports our diversified operations from fund accounting to manufacturing it does it all securely in the cloud. Gives us the information to pivot when we have to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have reached our space limit with the building of our third tenant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating our inventory process, tracking our rep payee funds and saving other non-profits by providing back-office support to them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and scalability of Acumatica. Because we have a complex business with many moving parts and multiple companies it is important to have that flexibility to manage the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this ERP.

It is important that we get timely and accurate financials and Acumatica allows us to do that.
Fantastic user friendly program
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is very user-friendly compared to our prior program. I love that it is growing with many new technologies and integrating with many programs, such as Teams. Acumatica is also a great source to access while out on a job site, which is a tremendous help! We cannot wait to get the program all up to speed and using the program day in and day out with all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to manage in the beginning if you do not know what you are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue was a defragmented database. We partnered Acumatica with WorkforceGo, which helps bring HR, payroll, and financials all into one ERP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Comparing all programs, Acumatice fit our need the best for a complete ERP program along with construction job costing.
What an Amazing System!
What do you like best about the product?
The system is so intuitive and streamlined. The menu paths are easy to follow and you have lots of options to save your favorites so you can get right to where you want to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some paths to applications behave differently. I just need to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User satisfaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep it simple. Trying to boil the ocean with and ERP implementation just creates road blocks.
One of the most user friendly ERP systems I have utilized.

Cloud based access and mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pick pack and ship mode needs some work on mobile, hard to see where you are in the process easily

all in one solution for inventory, sales, accounting. Solving the need for multiple systems and now need less staff.
