What do you like best about the product?
The product is web-based. You can use it anywhere and it is very user-friendly. The setup of the certified payroll make the process much easier than most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one dislike I have is being fixed in the new release, so I would have to say there is nothing I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving inefficiencies and the ability to analyze the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go in with the understanding it is a journey. It does not happen overnight. Figure out your immediate need and build upon that base.

Everything You Need in an ERP!

What do you like best about the product?
It isn't easy to pinpoint in a review the high-level areas of Acumatica that are most favorable. Everything is modular, so you can use what you need. Everything is customizable to fit your needs as well. If something you need isn't there and can't be customized, there's a marketplace to find a certified partner to integrate a solution. Already have a solution? You can integrate those with an API connection. There's no downside.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Acumatica. It gets the job done. In doing so, it's not the most flashy ERP. Their focus is to get the data you need. And as such, they don't spend a lot of time making it look pretty. If you want pretty and don't care about functionality then you're probably not reading this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before utilizing Acumatica, we were using QuickBooks to take care of our finances. This is great for small businesses. But we were growing so quickly that we needed a solution that would grow and scale with us. We are also an omni-channel company when it comes to our revenue streams. Managing this without an ERP solution is nearly impossible. Acumatica helps streamline this for us and gives us the visibility we needed.

We're also utilizing Sales Force and our own VMS system. Acumatica allows us to connect to everything and conduct business from a single platform. We're able to handle our finances, manage workflows, sales orders, track customers, manufacturing and much much more.

Having everything in a single system reduces time spent finding information and increases productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of all our business/branches in one system, no more going back & forth into three or more systems, is a time and life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I stare at screens all day I would love a dark mode option like on my phone, just to help my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financials and AR all in one place to help us collect & also take care of our customers faster.

Stop thinking and take action.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the speed in which we can enter transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payroll module is adequate but clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to the cloud and now can work remotely. I have found it to be very easy to customize and integrate with other applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust cloud ready sloution with best of bread features.
Full-featured, ease of integration out of the box is the best I have seen
the low code/ no code design allows for customization in the cloud which is normally unheard of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much so far that I have seen that didn't impress although I have not investigated the pricing model to comment on comparison to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am upgrading a 20+ yr old platform with no back-office requirements.
Data migration from a niche legacy AS400 application into a core product with a micro-vertical custom-tailored to our unique market niche.
integrated field service/mobile application allows for field entry of key data

Do the research and compare... it will sell it self.

What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate the customization features of Acumatica. We also were looking for a platform that was online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report Writing. Can't wait for the future improvements coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to combine 4 our of our legacy systems all in one. Plus, getting rid of doing multiple things in Excel and Word.
