Acumatica for mid-market industries
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is simple and has minimum configurations. So, easy setup, even though the ERP may not support very advanced functionalities. It also has flexible licensing.
What do you dislike about the product?
To achieve even a standard solution, it requires multiple integrations, what they call ISVs. The ERP system is built to allow easy integrations, but most customers do not like numerous integrations to achieve their requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica ERP reduces numerous manual work, which wastes most of the person-hours. It is also productive since the places which can be improved can be identified through analysis and reports run through the ERP
Acumatica is not meant for everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can look up some of my info from my computer for my job costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find it user-friendly at all. If you are new to software programs, then I find it immensely intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not solve problems with it. It is mainly for our finance team, which uses it a lot, but from an operational standpoint, it is not that great.
Best Midsize ERP platform in the market - Unlimited Users, Simple but Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Simple but powerful financials for complex organization structures, NO CODE custom workflows, great security, and easy-to-build inquiries and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
More product awareness and users. Good and Bad. It appears Acumatica invests our subscription fees into product development instead of marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project costing, time and expense, dashboards, mobile, billing, financial statements.

What do you like best about the product?
The session was remote, it was short & concise
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone wanted to attend multiple breakout sessions, there was not a second time frame for attending another breakout session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
a system that is online that is faster and more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
User Interface is straightforward to use and adaptive among all modules and functionality. Their enhancement and new features for their every release always think ahead of other ERP of what the industrial trends and the needs of the end-users. And their pricing is very reasonable and flexible to fit the budget of any company size and special needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... But if you really need to ask me one, I would say about the Mobile App functionality. I know their mobile app is highly customized however, you need to have some advance developer knowledge in order to make their mobile app workflow work for any unique customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI and ML technology that solve my AP process time and put the automation more seemless
Their Outlook integration for synchorization with our outlook email, calendar, appointment, contact and tasks also create a very good workflow to keep track all sales, service support and order operation activities

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to learn, appears well designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything new contains a learning curve; however, the features seem industry-leading.

The way you can have a simple interface and yet drill down into the amount of detail needed for each application

The way you have to keep saving your work instead of it auto saving

These are some of my favorite virtual events Acumatica does a nice job highlighting the improvements

Typically I enjoy the demos, they are well thought out and executed perfectly. The enhancements are showcased well in that environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many enhancements needed for the AP doc Rec program, most of my construction companies are very frustrated with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashboards are a huge plus for most of my customers that have been living in the Sage wrold for so long. Their need and want for Instant Information is key and the mobile platform is a huge win for the busy CEO/CFO.

The multitude of features available within Acumatica and the flexibility of the software.

Can sometimes be difficult to troubleshoot issues and bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, and very little training is needed to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is relatively new, and perhaps because of that, not many consultants are available to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based applications are allowing us to access from anywhere. Hence it is really helping us to carry out our hybrid workplace model.
