Very flexible software. I have approximately 40 users and they all love the software!
What do you like best about the product?
You can log into several sessions of Acumatica and have the modules open that you use daily. Users can quickly get their job done. Most ERP software requires you to purchase a license for every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only on dislike that I can think of. Acumatica charges you by the number of ERP transactions you do. Their definition of an ERP transaction is broad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to satisfy our customers by keeping them informed. So we set up automatic customer emails regarding tracking numbers, invoices, etc. We modified many of our reports for internal use and to provide more information to our Customers and Vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning and implementation of the system itself. In addition to its versatile level of support offered to various industries today, the opportunity it brings to its customers by allowing them to implement as little or as many components as they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a big thing, but since this is only available on Windows currently, I would like to see it executed on the Mac OS as this is a cloud-based ERP. I would like to see the ability to utilize cloud-based storage for demos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In 2023 talking to prospects that still haven't gone through a digital transformation shocks me. Seeing Acumatica making that transformation easy while saving customer costs is a great reason to support and implement. Looking at the bigger picture, the overall implementation reduces the workload managed by the upper-management.
User friendly and great formation
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Acumatica is having access to online courses, and the content quality is beyond any other ERP. Compared to SAP, Acumatica is Cloud-based, and Acumatica University is way more accessible than SAP training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help section is pretty much only available in English. The downside is when you have clients that are not fluent in English and still need help navigating the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to the language pack is a start to solve the problem of not having lots of documentation in languages other than English. It is a good start but still needs improving.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very extensible and has excellent support for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rebuilding and updating a customization project takes too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed a pricing product and soon an auditing product for Acumatica.
Very user-friendly and intuitive system!
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is, and the visuals like dashboards etc. Also how it can be accessed from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the report designer and GI design to be a little easier to do/understand

It's saving us time making us much more efficient as an organization
Very quick to learn and easy to around the program.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to teach and simple. When training in less than a week, I already got the hang of it. Still learning new things every day.

Right now, I don't have any issues that come to my mind.

Easy to manage Sale orders and quotes.
Acumatica is an effective and simplified ERP which are two valuable features for any client.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplified workflows make it an intuitive process for any user and the help documentation is always a great area to direct users to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search for Access rights screens and fields could be improved as these can be difficult to drill down into.

The consistent upgrades to workflows and screens show that Acumatica is a platform that grows with its customers' needs.
Great Reporting Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica allows for easy and fast reporting customization. The UI is SAAS-friendly and feels like an ERP that was born in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payroll module is stitched on and is not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica is replacing our QB and allowing much of our construction management process to be done in one tool.
Acumatica is a great tool for managing processes.
What do you like best about the product?
It eases the way in which orders are handled. Also, dashboards provide insights into the data.

Customization project are difficult and sometimes are hard to handle.

We are managing are european division and putting all the processes in Acumatica so that everyone has a visibility .

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud service, timely updates, good resources via help portal and growing community
