What do you like best about the product?
Great momentum across many verticals. Positioned unlike and other ERP, for organizationsof all size. Simple to implement and hit the ground running. Cost effective. Thank you for the hosting options!

Tough to find Acumatica talent, the competition is fierce. Need more help in the digital transformation needs of our manufacturing and supply chain teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to implement, shorter time to ROI, easy to understand license model, community driven, ease of adoption, persistent dependable updates, and strong partner.

Acumatica allows us to manage each company independently and customized to the way they operate their business.

It is still a little difficult to combine all functions of our company in a single platform.

Inventory management is key to the business and Acumatica does a great job helping us manage that.

What do you like best about the product?
Great management of purchase orders and any other order from our clients. In our organization, it serves best in managing reports and details from all the clients. Ledger entry is in a unique way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outbound emails can switch accounts at any time, which is not secure. Additionally, it may keep updating something during the session while you are doing something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To control purchase orders and other aspects such as ledger and inventory. Great ERP and electronically managed, hence fast and more reliable. Better business performance due to data accuracy.
Nothing can match it's skills. It is a five star tool.

The inventories are accurately entered and it can be managed on cloud meaning it is accessible anywhere.

I find it limited to a certain size of enterprise especially when it comes to some huge data management. They should atleast improve on features for large enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For accuracy purposes on data management and on the accounting which entails in inventory entry and management as well as ledger entry. Saves much time since it's automatic.

It handles inventory quite well. Beautiful and accurate quote estimates .

Data storage is not well organized and you keep uploading files and documents at times without failure.
There are extra costs for some features but it's necessary to have them.

It is an accounting tool that manages inventory and all financial transactions very well. It is much productive since it is more accurate reducing extra costs to incurr.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get the most out of Acumatica when you have a skilled team of developers who can assist with the software's customization. Compared to Salesforce, our development team did a fantastic job customizing the system to a simple ERP. Our accounting department primarily uses the ERP system, which has decreased the paperwork associated with bill approval and manual data entry. The interface is user-friendly, and since it can be accessed through a browser, our users can access it from anywhere and at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is not so straightforward, which becomes hard to make a rough estimate of the total cost.

In look for a cheaper yet efficient ERP system for our accounting team, we decided to use Acumatica as the alternative.
Compared to our previous method of having extensive paperwork at our offices regarding bill approval and manual data entry, Acumatica has come to our aid.

The ability to customize your environment (screens, events, triggers, reports) to fit the unique needs of your business is unparallel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forced partner (middleman sales/support) between the customer and Acumatica. Sometimes they slow the process down more than they help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. We are moving towards a lot of event-based next-step automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Being an all round company that deal's with transport and logistics we were able to acquire acumatica which allows for ease of managing our employees, with acumaticas Cloud ERP we are bale to creat an access point and record the data for further analysis at the real time ! Management has never been this easy!!

The Only challenge with acumatica is its pricey cost of acquiring! Although it has its worth when you start working with it,it gives instant results amd then the cost os worth it!

Everyone is able to play his /her part as Acumatica creats an environment of Individual accountability which increases the level of performance within the company. This sence if Individual responsibility has eliminated slacking and the employee work both from home and office.

Acumatica is fully-featured and functional accounting,ERP and Financial Management software that achieves our organization objectives and I haven't encountered any major setbacks.

What makes Acumatica stand out from its competitors is simplicity, functionality and flexibility. It allows us to manage our accounts with ease and it provides high security for our data. Very easy and fast to get started with it so no training is needed. Again, it is cost effective thus making it affordable even for small businesses.

I got completely nothing to think of which i can dislike about Acumatica. So far so good and i recommend it.

I love the simple user interface, flexibility, speed and performance. It allows me to easily carry out project billing and accounting processes with ease and it is also extremely easy and simple to manage inventories. It is a great and amazing tool for managing business finance.
