Powerful Advancements, Minimal Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I find Acumatica's reporting feature easy to use, allowing me to create unique reports that are tailored to our needs rather than relying on pre-made reports. I like that Acumatica is continuously growing and advancing, with new advancements every year that keep it ahead of older ERP solutions. The new UI features are particularly valuable to me as they let me design the format of the screens to create a more user-friendly environment, minimizing unnecessary clicks for my end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my end users' biggest complaints is seeing inventory allocation inside the sales order line screen. They currently have to click into the line details screen to see this information. This is a long process if you have a lot of items on the order. It was a lot of work to convert the data from the old system to Acumatica. Also early on in the implementation process, we had to make decisions on things we did not fully understand, and we just didn't know enough about the full capability of Acumatica to make some of these decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica makes it easy to find and create customized reports and inquiries unique to us, improving user experience. It's continuously advancing, outpacing older ERP solutions. New UI features let me design user-friendly screens, reducing extra clicks and making navigation intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
We moved from Quickbooks to Acumatica about 2 years ago. We are in awe of the visibility we have to job profitability and more. We are able too run our business more efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not like the Payroll functionality. We didn't want a payroll program where we had to be the masters. We were moving into other states and were uncomfortable the all the taxes. We did recently move to Work Force Go and we LOVE THEM

Job Profitability and being able to truly see how the business is performing throughout the year.

Acumatica has fantastic built-in functionality and best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation partners are key and Acumatica has some terrible implementation partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to project performance was an issue. With Acumactica we get project information timely and accurately to make key business decisions. It has been a game changer for us to manage our company.
The best Cloud Based ERP for growing businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud base allows for access from anywhere from in the office, 30,000ft, and everywhere inbetween

Lacks a true platform for kitting solutions

managing with multiple systems, the amount of addons and intergrations capable make acumatic the perfect system fro growth and scaling
Great product if you value flexibility in your ERP

The ability to create your own generic inquiries to put the exact data you want right in front of you, the import/export functionality, and the support we received during implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Error correction features could be improved in the order management module; if something is incorrectly received or issued, it takes a few steps to undo and then redo that. Sometimes it doesn't even let you

Gives great insight into what's actually going on in the business, i.e. the ability to really drill down and find where we are succeeding and failing on a very granular level

What do you like best about the product?
low cost, ease of use,intuitive user interface, integrations

not as mature as legacy ERPs in some areas

core business processes, accounting, order management
Very user friendly and configurable
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to customize for my needs is great Not only via code and a developer but more important is the no-code customs that are possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly cannot think of any big dislikes. There are always certain, very specific function things that could be better but overall no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be available anywhere at any time is very beneficial.
Amazing platform with robust capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and customization. System is easy to tailor to your own needs and get the information you want in the way you need it. Navigation screens are all the same on every screen and all screens are developed to have the same look and feel for ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say. Haven't found many dislikes. In some areas shared permissions across all branches and locations might be one. The other is drilling in to understand which role needs which exact permision
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company consolidation on all branches to give a top down P&L. Additionally being able to have a holding company see all the business units financials, sales and inventory in one location has simplified operations.

It seems to be continually improving. They listen to users and make changes accordingly.

I am looking forward to improvements on ap document recognition.
