Great ERP!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's web based which means it's easy to access anywhere without need for client software that needs to be installed and kept up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes slow, but that can depend on how it's hosted and how it's used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks all of our orders and inventory in one spot along with all of the accounting.

I like how easy the software is to use and all of the items in the business it has to offer

Nothing. Love that it's a one stop shop.

It helps make sure our inventory and payables/ receivables are correct.

I like the ease of Acumatica. It is very user friendly.

I do not have many dislikes other than I am new to the CRM and cannot wait to learn more.

We did not have a CRM and Acumatica has solved it by providing the option.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flow and ease of use. It was an easy system to learn

Fixed Asset module. It can be a little difficult if there is an error made

All concentrated in an easy to use and navigate platform
Acumatica is a do-it-all ERP system

I like that Acumatica has the capabilities to be customizable without having to know lots of hard coding skills.

I think that the UI is good, but could use a little more details and updated features to compete with other companies.

Acumatica is solving small - medium sized companies organizational issues, all while alowing ease of use and streamlined system integration with other systems and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the interface for the users, and it's ease of deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, we have had a great experience with it.

Replacement of an old ERP with an ERP that is of flexible and gives continued benefits.
Been using Acumatica for 20 years and I have nothing but great things to say about this software

Generating Financial Statements and the BB feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and generating graphs. AR collections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating reports and variance reports/graphs/chaining the financial reports so that I don't have to generate and print each single one.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to help streamline processes and save pdfs and files in one location

Having to sometimes do customizations instead of out of the box capabilities

Acumatica stays ahead of the curve by being innovative and forward thinking in how they respond to customers needs and the ever changing landscape that the business environment has become.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard for an atypical business that is service based to gain knowledge specific to our needs. I do understand the importance of meeting the majority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our accounting practices and making automation possible. We've been able to use less staff with and more informed decisions. Connect our proprietary software to Acumatica was an easy implementation.
Efficient Invoicing, Needs Better Sales Tax Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Acumatica for accounting, and I find it makes processing invoices based on sales orders shipped out really easy. I really like the 'prepare invoices' screen because it allows me to prepare every completed shipment at once, versus having to process each individually. It streamlines my workflow and saves me a lot of time tracking customer order and payment history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica isn't able to keep up with the sales tax regulations, so we need to pull in Avalara to do all of our sales tax processing.
