Flexible ERP with Robust Features, But Needs Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Acumatica supports our entire business from lead management to sales orders and fulfillment. I find it flexible, easy to use, yet operationally robust and functional. It allows us to replicate the business processes that the market demands and to do so in a functionally correct manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The richness of the product requires more serious support from Acumatica that we seem to have difficulty accessing, at times. We currently use Acumatica as our VAR, and they have structural issues that have led to a negative experience. The transition from Sage 100 was initially painful, taking 3 years to convert. Challenges came from end user non-participation and lack of serious commitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica supports our business from lead management to payment collection. It's flexible and easy to use yet robust, and it lets us adapt to market demands in a functionally correct manner.

I am not a IT guy but want to learn how to do conditional formatting. Need training outside my IT team

How easy it is to use. Everything is very user friendly.

Bank feeds do not work for the corporate credit cards. Acurental is horrible and we have had nothing but issues with it.

It is putting everything in one system with easy access to data.

it is unforgiving. certain things I use on a day to day are difficult to change when it comes to billing/accounting

Cannot edit invoices once they are released.

Acumatica helps us to have a view of all of our revenue and clients in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our use case, I don't have any complaints at the moment.

Invoicing our clients and having a source of truth for our data is very important and helpful.
