First and foremost, Acumatica has brought us into the 21st century. The access and seamless connections are amazing!

We need more stuff like Summit 2024 - there are so many features and goodies!

Ease of use. Ability to easily see the flow of cost between manufacturing module and finance module.

Some screens have too many clicks. Configuration data cannot easily be concatenated to fit one field.

Production flow processes and inventory management.
Early in implementation,bur the software is very robust.

Many pages and queries have hotlinks to ease navigation to related data.

We sometimes experiance sysatem delays when procesing data.

Significant improvment in our ability to review finaicial information.
It has made the accounting process a breeze!

I enjoy all the different modules and visibility. Having access right at your fingertips has been a major success for our company and organization.

There seems to be different areas that's all lead back together if we could just see everything with one click at times would be helpful.

Seems to be overly complicated. Too many steps in order to accomplish anything

Intergrating payroll and accounting to help get a better handle on our billing

They really helped our company improve our processes throughout our business

It's a lot to learn so there are growing pains it's a full company change

Having multiple different systems and double entry- Acumatica will put all of that into one place company wide
Acumatica has transformed our ability to use data

I like that it is user friendly, easy to customize and ever evolving

Implementation was difficult, there are some integration issues with Canadian entities.

Time tracking, expense mgmt
User Friendly.

Acumatica can be modify to the user's need.

Report making is not user friendly since the user needs to know how to do the queries.
