Simple, Intuitive Interface That’s Easy to Navigate

The simplicity of the interface and how it is easy to navigate.

Helping us block unwanted traffic. route network traffic easily and efficiently for us.
Easy to Implement, Enterprise-Grade Value at a Great Price

Very easy to implement. price point is great for an enterprise level solution. easy deployment and management.

Ui hasnt changed since previous generation.

Progress Kemp LoadMaster simplifies traffic management, making it easy for us to manage and adjust configurations internally. As a small company, this reduces our reliance on external vendors and helps us avoid unnecessary changes to existing policies while still maintaining control, stability, and consistency in our environment.
Intuitive Interface with Efficient Balancing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Progress Kemp LoadMaster is a quite intuitive and easy-to-use tool. Its interfaces are very user-friendly and there is no confusion when using them. Additionally, the initial setup was quite simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve quite a bit in the way they make contact. Perhaps humanized attention would be better in my view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Progress Kemp LoadMaster to secure applications and balance servers. Solve load balancing issues more easily.
the best maintenance-free device
What do you like best about the product?
The best recommendation is that this device is virtually maintenance-free. It reminds me of when I need to update the software.

I haven't noticed any useless functions that affect the work

It helps me balance network traffic. It does what it was designed to do.
Optimal Load Balancing, Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Progress Kemp LoadMaster for its ability to control when to move users over when a server needs to go down for maintenance. I also appreciate the speed at which users are moved around. The initial setup was mainly straightforward with walkthroughs.

The user interface can be kind of confusing navigating when you’re not used to it.

Progress Kemp LoadMaster connects users to the best available server for optimal performance when processing patient data.

Logs are not easy to use during the diagnosis of a failure.

Strong feature set: includes things like layer-4/7 load balancing, SSL/TLS offloading, content switching, compression, caching, etc.
Flexible deployment & licensing: works as hardware appliance, virtual, in cloud; pooled licensing helps adapt to demand.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI / UX could be more modern and intuitive; some advanced configs are hard to find or understand. Logging, analytics & real-time traffic visibility aren’t as rich as competitors; often have to export to external tools.

Ensures application availability (servers can fail, traffic is rerouted) so websites/apps stay online.
Reliable Integration and Load Balancing, but Needs Improved Geo-Fencing
What do you like best about the product?
The system just works, we have integrated it with our MFA systems and provides the load balancing capabilities that is required for our web services.
What do you dislike about the product?
It need better geo-fencing capabilities for a single install

Simple, fast, Easy to use Lead Balancer
What do you like best about the product?
UI is intuitive and easy to use with readily available help bubbles to assist in any confusing settings.

Licensing the load balancer can be a bit of a pain.

The load balancer allowed us to load balance internal websites for redundancy.
Kemp loadmaster and the progress team rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Kemp loadmaster is the best cost effective application delivery controller. Excellent support is also another aspect. It is reliable cost effective and scalable compared to most of the adc's in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The volume of support needs to be increased in the early morning APAC timezone

WAF , ADC, load balancing,SSO , 2 factor authentication are some of the features we rely on
