Lightweight, easy to configure, easy to maintain.
What do you like best about the product?
The use cases, in my environment the Kemp is used for various systems acting as a load balancer which has been running for approximately 3 years. Implementation and integration is pretty straightforward with templates offerred which work with existing key vendor systems within the industry. Customer support is pretty responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing can be awkward as a Kemp ID is required which is tied to an invdividual account.

Compared to some other enterprise-grade load balancers, LoadMaster offers a good balance between functionality and price, making it a solid choice for organisations with budget constraints.

Works seamlessly across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures, which is essential for organisations transitioning to cloud-native or mixed deployments.
Reliable Load Balancing with Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly simple and user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, so setting up load balancing, SSL, and health checks takes just a few clicks. It saves time and doesn’t require deep technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
We run several Kemp LoadMasters at different locations, and the lack of centralized management can make it challenging to maintain consistency across deployments. It would be great to have a unified dashboard or management tool to handle multiple appliances more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kemp LoadMaster helps us ensure high availability and reliable performance for critical applications by intelligently distributing traffic across our servers. It also simplifies SSL offloading, which reduces the load on our backend systems and improves uptime. This has helped us deliver a more stable experience to users while reducing manual intervention and troubleshooting time.

Easy deployment and implementation, bunch of features, good costumer support and in global good product for the value

Difficult to find a partner to buy the product in Spain

We needed a product to use as Load Balancer with not much traffic. All other products where expensive for our needs, and open source products did not match all the requirements. LoadMaster fits all our needs

What do you like best about the product?
As a customer, our experience with the Kemp LoadMaster LMX15 has been very positive. The product is stable, easy to configure, and delivers consistent performance. We particularly appreciate the responsive technical support and clear documentation, which made the deployment and ongoing management smooth. It's a solid choice for organizations looking for reliable load balancing with excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience has been very positive, one area for improvement is the user interface, which could benefit from a more modern design and enhanced usability in some advanced configuration menus. Additionally, firmware updates occasionally require planned downtime, which can be a minor inconvenience in high-availability environments. However, these are relatively small issues compared to the product’s reliability and support quality.

Kemp LM helps us ensure service continuity and optimal traffic distribution across multiple backend systems. It addresses the challenge of maintaining high availability and performance under varying loads, reducing the risk of service interruptions. As a result, we're able to deliver a more stable and responsive experience to our users, while simplifying infrastructure management.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple UI and starts ready to use. Also cheap
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is very weak about WAF. Also every year we get security breaches warnings etc. It is not a good experience for customers

Classical load balancing , virtual servers and web services.

That the team is pretty responsive and was able to turn around a quote pretty quickly.

The renewal was sorta difficult to process because it didnt follow the typical flow of other renewal orders I work on.
