The Problem We Solve
Automation backlog explodes, initiatives run in silos, shadow AI proliferates and ROI is hard to prove. The real challenge is not automating more - it is deciding what to automate, how to scale and how to capture real value. Our CoE turns hyperautomation from chaotic demand into a strategic, governed capability.
The 7 Pillars of Smart Retail
- Commercial, Inventory and Financial - margin, pricing heatmap across stores, coverage days, ABC curve, supplier scoring
- Customer Performance and Clustering - RFV segmentation, LTV, behavioral clusters, churn prediction
- Hyperpersonalization - right offer to the right customer at the right time
- Logistics and Delivery - route and fulfillment optimization
- Customer Service and SAC - intelligent support agents and ticket triage
- Forecast and Ideal Stock - up to 260 weeks of time-series modeling
- Data Monetization - turning internal data into new revenue streams
How We Deliver
- 100% AWS-native architecture combined with open-source tools (Python, Node, Playwright, Puppeteer) where appropriate
- Core services: Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and QuickSuite, Agent Core Browser Automation, AWS Step Functions, EventBridge, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, OpenSearch, CloudWatch, IAM, Security Hub
- Security, governance and cost observability by design
- Code modernization and migration using Generative AI
- No external vendor lock-in - everything runs inside the customer AWS account
Operating Model
Structured intake, classification, impact analysis, value-based prioritization, execution and Business Value Realization (BVR). Prioritization criteria: financial impact, time to value, operational scale, technical complexity and risk/compliance. A single, transparent, business-oriented queue replaces scattered requests.
Activation (4 weeks)
- Week 1: Kickoff with the customer technical team
- Week 2: Discovery of key business areas and demand review
- Week 3: Mapping of the initial pipeline of governance
- Week 4: Action plan and engineering roadmap with the customer team
Commercial Model
12-month contract with a fixed Flexa squad covering Architecture, Automation, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Engineering and Governance. Predictable capacity, controlled cost and continuous value delivery. Non-cumulative hour allocation.
Outcomes Our Customers Report
- Britania - internal IT chatbot Tania resolves 30 to 40 percent of daily tickets, freeing the engineering team
