Deployment of 2 Service Gateways
This CloudFormation template delivers a high-availability Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solution using a Gateway Load Balancer (GWLB) to steer traffic through SGVE inspection machines across two Availability Zones. It features a custom Active-Standby failover mechanism orchestrated by Lambda and SQS that monitors the health of the DPI engines and automatically redirects traffic to a standby instance if a failure occurs. utilizing the GENEVE protocol to inspect and enforce policies on network traffic in real-time.
