What do you like best about the product?
After switching from KnowBe4, we've found Adaptive to be a more modern and streamlined experience. My users have reached out to me to say that they found the content to be much more current and broken down into digestible chunks. They also found the executive deepfakes to be very entertaining and relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could manually assign specific phishing templates/scenarios to specific users/groups to make the tests more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Current content and covers AI threats. Makes the content engaging using Deepfakes which has good entertainment value to users

I worry that with enough VC investment the product could become more piecemeal and possibly more expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the modern, intuitive platform of Adaptive Security because it makes managing security awareness simple. The AI-powered simulations are more realistic and engaging than what we had before, which helps in capturing the user's attention with realistic scenarios and 'what if's'. It also makes rolling out up-to-date training simple and effective. Additionally, the initial setup was simple, which was a nice plus.

We'd like more options for segmenting training by departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface - easy to learn and easy to manage. Implementation was just as easy. Also working with the platform is genuinely pleasant, which makes a difference for daily use.

A few more template customization options would round things out nicely.
