Funded Migrations to AWS

We execute migrations across three proven phases:

• Phase 1 - Assess: This phase is fully funded by AWS. We conduct a workshop to learn about your team and infrastructure, enabling rapid discovery of your workloads and architecture. We collate our findings to create architecture diagrams, cost estimates, and a migration plan, presenting a finalized report to you.
• Phase 2 - Mobilize: This phase is also fully funded by AWS. We perform in-depth discovery and planning to identify any gaps from the Assess phase. We then build an AWS Landing Zone to provide a best-practice account structure, begin migrating non-production environments, and strategize for your production environments.
• Phase 3 - Migrate: This phase is incentivized by AWS. We migrate any remaining development and non-production environments, finalize the strategy for your production environments, and execute the final migration.
