Different support levels are available, such as Standard Bronze Silver Gold Platinum, HPC Pearl and HPC Ruby. These levels reflect different response times and number of authorized contacts.

Many features giving great value for money
The second good thing for me is that the cost is in an acceptable price range with simple pricing, and it’s cheaper than my previous backup solution
It’s helping me with replicating K8s deployment as well as backing up persistent data.
I also like their support team, they are super helpful, understanding and respond really quickly. Plus it works with all my different Linux operating systems.
Easy to write custom scripts. Love this! I also appreciate using the GUI and the command line in parallel.
Their platform is aiming more into bigger customers with extensive infra and big amounts of data.
