Vendor refund policy
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for verified non-delivery or failure to meet agreed specifications that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of purchase (and no later than 30 days). Approved refunds apply to licenses only and are processed within 30 business days. Refunds are not available for changes in requirements, purchasing errors or partial use of the product or services.
