Mercurius OT Industrial Security is the AI-native managed service for industrial cybersecurity in LATAM, combining Mercurius proprietary industrial detection platform with Mercurius industrial security analysts certified in IEC 62443, NIS2, NERC CIP, and ISA 99. We provide asset discovery for SCADA, DCS, PLC, IIoT, Building Management Systems, and HMI environments; passive and active monitoring without disrupting production; segmentation design and validation; vulnerability management for OT including agentless protection; 24x7 SOC integration with full IT-OT convergence playbooks; incident response with dedicated OT IR team; compliance evidence packs for IEC 62443, NIS2, NERC CIP, ISA 99, ANSSI, and Brazilian critical infrastructure regulations; quarterly OT-specific tabletop exercises simulating ransomware, supply chain compromise, and insider threats. Target customers include energy, water, transportation, manufacturing, oil and gas, mining, and food and beverage operators. This managed service is delivered for customer workloads running on AWS and is offered in relation to the following AWS services used to ingest, monitor, and secure industrial and IIoT telemetry: AWS IoT Core, AWS IoT SiteWise, AWS IoT Device Defender, and Amazon Monitron.
