    Our service is designed for customers who need more than basic monitoring or ticket handling. It combines AWS managed service experience, ITSM-aligned processes, L1-L3 coverage, embedded security operations, reporting, and continuous improvement in one operating model. Customers receive clear ownership, predictable execution, and stronger control over operational risk.

    Structured onboarding and integration

    Each engagement begins with a structured complexity assessment covering scope, criticality, and operability. This defines the right coverage model, SLA/SLO expectations, skills mix, onboarding plan, responsibilities, and escalation paths.

    Cloud Concierge integrates with existing ITSM, monitoring, CMDB/EAM, SIEM/SOAR, paging, and knowledge systems, or can provide managed tooling where preferred. Runbooks, documentation, escalation ladders, and on-call rotations are agreed upfront and maintained in a traceable way.

    Operational delivery

    Day-to-day AWS operations are handled through dedicated L1-L3 coverage. Activities include incident and problem management, routine maintenance, patch windows, backup checks, operational documentation, and change and release support aligned with CAB processes. Releases include pre- and post-validation, rollback readiness, and deployment evidence.

    Security, resilience, and compliance

    Security operations are embedded into the service. This includes triage of AWS Security Hub and Amazon GuardDuty findings, patching and vulnerability follow-up, backup and restore posture monitoring, disaster recovery exercise planning, and evidence collection.

    Access follows least-privilege and segregation-of-duties principles, supported by periodic access reviews and audit trails. Reply operates under ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, and TISAX for automotive information security.
