Overview
The DXC Amazon Quick Enterprise Deployment & Scale Accelerator is a comprehensive, phased program for organizations committed to deploying Amazon Quick as a strategic, enterprise-wide capability. The program systematically scales AI adoption from foundational deployment through departmental expansion to full enterprise-wide rollout — ensuring each phase builds the organizational capability, governance structures, and technical infrastructure required to sustain the next.
DXC deployed Amazon Quick across 115,000 employees in 70 countries before offering it to customers — making us the first enterprise deployment globally. Every phase of this program reflects the operational realities we encountered at scale — what works, where governance breaks down, and how to build adoption that sticks. Customers skip the trial-and-error we’ve already absorbed.
The program’s modular design allows organizations to engage in the phase that matches their current AI maturity. Organizations that have already completed an Agentic AI Discovery & Readiness Assessment or Agentic Workflow Design & Implementation engagement can enter Phase 2 and scale what’s already working.
**Phase 1 — Foundation (3–4 Months): **
- Amazon Quick environment setup: Provisioning and configuration within your AWS environment, including IAM Identity Center integration, VPC configuration, and data source connector establishment
- Pilot use case deployment: Full development and deployment of 1–2 high-priority use cases to an initial cohort of pilot users
- Knowledge base construction: Indexing and configuration of primary enterprise knowledge sources — SharePoint, Confluence, and key internal documentation repositories — with document-level permission enforcement
- Security & compliance configuration: Data classification controls, response guardrails, PII redaction rules, and audit logging in accordance with your information security standards
- Change management & training: Pilot user onboarding program, end-user training delivery, feedback collection mechanisms, and early adoption metrics tracking
**Phase 2 — Departmental Expansion (4–6 Months): **
- Department-specific use case development: Delivery of 2–4 tailored use cases per department incorporating department-specific data sources, workflows, and integration requirements
- Extended enterprise integration: Expansion of system integrations to include CRM, ERP, ITSM, and department-specific line-of-business applications
- Departmental change management: Department-level programs including stakeholder communications, champion network activation, role-based training, and benefit tracking
- AI Operating Model activation: Operationalization of AI Operating Model governance structures, including AI program office, department AI owner roles, and monthly steering committee cadence
- AI Factory foundation: Initial deployment of reusable component library, development pipeline, and quality assurance framework to accelerate Phase 3 delivery velocity
**Phase 3 — Enterprise-Wide Rollout (6–8 Months): **
- Full enterprise deployment: Rollout of Amazon Quick to the complete eligible user population, including provisioning, onboarding, and role-based access configuration at scale
- Enterprise-wide integration completion: Full integration with all target enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platform, and collaboration tool connectors
- AI Factory maturity: Complete build-out including the full reusable component library, automated CI/CD pipeline, and quality assurance framework
- Enterprise change management: Enterprise-wide communications program, all-hands training delivery, manager enablement, and sustained adoption measurement
- Executive value reporting: Enterprise-level AI value dashboard tracking aggregate business impact, adoption metrics, and ROI against the original business case
**Key Deliverables Across All Phases: **

Highlights
- Phased Investment, Managed Risk: Each phase carries its own investment envelope, defined deliverables, and success criteria — so you demonstrate measurable value before committing to the next stage, rather than staking the full investment on a multi-year program with outcomes visible only at the end. Built on DXC’s deployment across 115,000 employees in 70 countries.
- Start at Any Phase for Your Maturity: The modular program design allows you to engage at the phase that matches your current AI maturity. Organizations arriving from DXC Agentic AI Discovery & Readiness Assessment or Agentic Workflow Design & Implementation enter at Phase 2 and scale what’s already working. Those starting could begin at Phase 1 with a strong foundation. No restarting from scratch.
- Self-Sustaining AI Capability: Phase 3 completes the build-out of your internal AI Factory — a reusable component library, CI/CD pipeline, and quality assurance framework that enables your team to independently deliver new Amazon Quick use cases with less than 8 weeks' time-to-production. The AI Operating Model ensures governance; career pathways, and delivery processes are institutionalized, not consultant dependent.
