Vendor refund policy
AppCheck Refund Policy Summary: AppCheck purchases via AWS are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are made solely for incurable technical defects (unresolved after 30 days) or proven AWS billing errors. To apply, email support@checkmal.com within 14 days of purchase with your AWS IDs and issue details. If approved, your licenses will be deactivated immediately, and the refund will be processed through standard AWS financial procedures.
