    Clean, Reliable Platform That Motivates Teams and Makes Learning Interactive

    What do you like best about the product?
    I look after a team of 40 advisors at an outsourced provider. Centrical provides a great platform for motivating these teams through financial gain, while also offering interactive ways to learn workplace content. The User Interface (UI) is clean and easy to use for outsourced providers, and we consistently receive positive feedback from them on the content we create.

    Platform performance is very strong. We’ve never had any reported issues, and the software is always available for our teams to utilise. We don’t currently use any AI or intelligence options on the platform; however, this would be a great addition to an already really good product. Onboarding is also very straightforward and only requires us to link a new advisor’s line so they can connect to the platform.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Further artificial intelligence could be integrated into the platform to better support the team when they’re struggling with content. At the moment, integrations don’t feel significant within the platform, and the advisors mainly rely on the basic platform and its core functionality.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Centrical is helping us solve a key part of our offshore strategy. The platform provides an interactive way to deliver important business updates, while also rewarding advisors for completing these tasks with vouchers. This supports strong engagement across the business, while also helping ensure we stay compliant with the latest regulatory changes.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I have really found interesting about Centrical is how it brings in the aspect of game in work places making work environment more productive. It defines achievable, individual targeted objectives and has immediate feedback to prevent the group from straying off course. It also links smoothly with our CRM, which makes it easy to monitor the performance. I also like how simple it is to go into the different dashboards to get a snapshot of team or individual performance.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Since Centrical offers pretty much everything for interactive and engaging employee training, it may at times be confusing to decide where to start. Altogether, the gamification is rather great, though it could be too much for an employee who hasn’t encountered this sort of system. This learning curve comes when interacting with other programs and it can sometimes be a little slow before getting all the software as you wish. Lastly, the reporting features semi strong which makes it difficult to filter data displays.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Addressing the problem of disengagement in the working of an organization, Centrical provides timely performance feedback and reward, this enhances the motivation level. This has intervened positively on increased personal efficiency and group functioning by replacing mundane tasks with what seems like competitions. The positive aspect of such feedback is the opportunity to receive it in an instant coupled with the individual goals set for an employee. Specifically, it enhanced communication and links between individual output and organizational goals, which enhances performance management.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The gamification strategy that Centrical uses to improve the employee engagement impressed me most about this company. We can set individual goals unique to the group and can track them in an interesting manner which keeps the individuals motivated. The seamless integration with our CRM and HR systems makes it easy to set and monitor goals. The real time feedback mechanism has been very helpful as it has helped us increase productivity and has kept the team’s morale high.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    My least preferred feature of the Centrical application is that it takes quite some time and a lot of effort to set up and configure to cater to the peculiar needs of a business. It has had the flexibility advantage but customization of the application had not been as easy as we had estimated and needed more assistance. Further, some of the employees initially felt that inclusion of so many games like was a little disruptive and this affected their performance before they became used to it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    As such, Centrical addresses the problem of failure in employee engagement through the application of performance management gamification. This means that is enables the establishment of specific objectives and achievement follow up in an encouraging fashion. It has speed up our review process and improved the morale and productivity of our workforce. The reported feedback as well as the rewarding functionalities have helped to enhance engagement as well as productivity in the teams.

    I liked Centrical, a wonderful gamification software for employees. It engages both managers and employees to work as a team. This software helps us with our company goals as well as my personal.
