The Cato App Connector for AWS enables secure access to private applications hosted in AWS and hybrid environments, without requiring changes to your existing network. It is part of Cato Private Access, which delivers identity-driven, least-privileged, application-level connectivity brokered through the Cato Cloud. The App Connector runs as a lightweight, outbound-only virtual machine deployed in AWS. Users connect to private applications without being placed on the internal network, eliminating the need for VPNs or network re-architecture while simplifying application onboarding and access control for AWS workloads.

CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS.
