Using either ECAD design software or legacy CAM/Gerber files, Valor Process Preparation solutions can deliver first-time-right PCB collateral from a single digital twin product model, eliminating tedious debugging work on your production equipment before a program is finalized.
Data preparation activities such as CAD import, BOM import, panelization and part data management create the digital twin of the PCB assembly once, for all process needs. You can use the same model to deliver complete and consistent data to stencil design, SMT programming, inspection programming, test programming and assembly work instructions. What do you like best about the product?
I like the features of this software. I've been using this software at work for almost 3 months, this is a good app for designing circuit diagrams. Valor process engineering solutions simplify the delivery of high-quality, consistent surface mount technology. Valor MSS works with these users and organization types: Mid Size Business, Small Business, Enterprise, Freelance, Nonprofit, and Government. It works with organizations of all shapes and sizes who are frustrated with paper forms and spreadsheets. If you want to save money, become more efficient, and spend your time more wisely, then Valor MSS is the right solution and best choice. It is developed specifically for the most challenging and complex manufacturing environments where process and product quality and compliance are critical components to everyday operations. It covers all phases of PCB manufacturing from new product introduction to assembly and test.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mentor Graphics has its s disadvantages in design rule check. I encountered unsolvable errors. Valor MSS provides training in the form of live online and in person, I believe there should be more literature/handouts available for the training purpose. The learning programs should be developed in different languages for people from different parts of the world.
