All iX Hello charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests due to verified service outages exceeding 72 hours may be considered if submitted within 30 days of the charge date with a valid support case on record. To request a refund, contact support@concentrix.com with your AWS account ID and transaction ID. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
