This service provides technical support for the implementation and operation of the Modern Data Stack (MDS), focusing on dbt platform (formerly dbt Cloud). In addition to technical support such as requirements definition, design, and development, we provide comprehensive support including standardization (development guidelines, directory structure, Git branch strategies, etc.), training, and QA support.

Target and applicable conditions:

• Companies/corporations that are currently considering implementing dbt platform or want to improve their dbt platform skills and overall data infrastructure.
• Please prepare the account environment required for this service by yourself.

  • Proposing necessary functions and implementation methods for concrete design.

  • Conducting pre-implementation verification, functional verification, and test support.

• Training & Hands-on
  • Conducting optimal training tailored to the user department and users.
  • Classroom training on basic features of dbt platform and hands-on using Snowflake and dbt platform.
• Standardization Support
  • Organizing items and creating materials necessary for standardization, such as development guidelines, directory structure, and Git branching strategy.
• Regular Meetings & QA Support
  • Weekly regular meetings for knowledge transfer and consulting.
  • Text-based QA support including investigation and verification time.
