    Overview

SendQuick Enterprise Alerting is an omnichannel alerting, incident notification, and escalation management platform designed to help organisations deliver critical alerts quickly and reliably. The solution integrates with IT monitoring systems, network management platforms, security tools, cloud services, business applications, and operational technology (OT) environments to ensure important alerts reach the right personnel at the right time. By supporting multiple communication channels including SMS, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, WeChat, email, and voice calls, organisations can improve response times and reduce the risk of missed incidents. The platform provides intelligent alert routing, automated escalation workflows, alert prioritisation, acknowledgement tracking, roster management, and real-time visibility into alert delivery and response status. Organisations can configure notification policies based on severity, schedules, teams, locations, or business requirements to ensure critical events are handled efficiently. Built-in escalation capabilities help ensure unresolved alerts are automatically escalated to the next level of support, improving operational resilience and reducing mean time to respond (MTTR). SendQuick Enterprise Alerting supports deployment within AWS, private cloud, on-premises, virtual machine, and air-gapped environments, making it suitable for organisations with strict security, compliance, or data sovereignty requirements. Common use cases include IT operations, Network Operations Centres (NOC), Security Operations Centres (SOC), data centres, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, government agencies, and enterprise business continuity initiatives. The platform helps organisations improve incident response, operational efficiency, service availability, and business continuity through reliable and timely alert delivery.
