Overview
The Aspect Cloud Workforce Interface for Amazon Connect connects Amazon Connect with the Aspect Workforce Management platform and provides historical reporting and real time adherence integration.
For historical reporting, the interface processes reporting data and outputs information in formats required for workforce management operations. This supports inbound forecasting, staff group forecasting, and agent productivity reporting. Reporting includes flexible scheduling options, configurable file naming, retry capabilities, manual resubmission for missed processing, and time zone support.
For real time adherence, the interface processes agent and conversation events and maps them into workforce management adherence workflows. Configurable mappings support agent states, reason codes, communication channels, and multitasking scenarios. The interface also includes time synchronization capabilities, automatic connection management, and reconnection behavior to help maintain accurate workforce status information.*
