How It Works

Phase 1: Fast Track Assessment | Up to 1 week Inventory your OpenAI workloads: API usage, spend, prompts, models and data flows. Map the target AWS architecture and confirm qualification criteria. Receive a migration plan ready to execute before the week is out.

Phase 2: Fast Track Migration | 4 to 5 weeks Execute the full migration of your qualified OpenAI workloads to Amazon Bedrock with Loka. Identity, networking, KMS, observability and data flows are all sequenced and tested. Hand off your team with runbooks and observability in place.

Qualification Criteria

• Company meets AWS funding eligibility requirements, confirmed on the discovery call
