Participants work through real-world examples and hands-on exercises while the Level Up team conducts a baseline maturity assessment of current tools, workflows, organizational practices, and automation capabilities. The assessment includes a review of existing technology investments such as Git platforms, automation tooling, CI/CD systems, infrastructure provisioning workflows, cloud operations processes, and related DevOps practices.

Red Hat will manage the deployment and operation of the controler and monitor for it issues, perform patching and upgrades, and will handle back ups and restore. Execution nodes for automation will be need to be deployed separately.
