KnowBe4 Technical Implementation Support Service

The "KnowBe4 Technical Implementation Support Service" is designed to assist customers during the initial launch phase of the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training (SAT) platform and option services（PhishER,etc）. Over a period of several months, our experienced staff will provide technical accompaniment to ensure a secure and rapid transition to the production environment.

The service scope includes several key components:

• SAT Preparation and Planning: We assist in determining the tenant structure, group configurations, and administrator roles. We also support the design of user data management and authentication methods, including SSO (SAML) and multi-factor authentication.
• Initial Campaign Support: We provide guidance on whitelist settings tailored to your environment, advice on customizing templates for your first phishing and training campaigns, and review your configurations.
• PhishER Implementation Support: We help you establish workflows for handling suspicious emails, design initial rules, conduct limited operational testing, and assist with the Phish Alert Button deployment.
• Additional Support: We offer ad-hoc web meetings and create simplified manual documents for basic operations upon request. We also provide email and remote meeting support for SAT and PhishER based on our extensive knowledge.

Please note the following supplementary information regarding our professional services:

• Contracts for the KnowBe4 license and related professional services, including this service, are strictly limited to corporate customers located in Japan.
• The fees for this professional service are separate from the KnowBe4 license fee, and the specific deliverables and costs will be determined after a detailed hearing regarding your requirements.
• This service and other KnowBe4-related professional services are exclusively available to customers who have purchased their KnowBe4 licenses through Dentsu Soken.
