Ceciluxe SupportMind is an AI powered customer support platform built entirely on AWS infrastructure. It enables support teams to automate ticket triage, draft email replies, answer FAQs from a custom knowledge base, and summarise CRM data without leaving their AWS environment.
KEY FEATURES Knowledge Base Q&A: Upload PDFs, DOCX, CSV files. SupportMind chunks, embeds, and retrieves the most relevant context for every customer question using Amazon Bedrock + pgvector. Four AI Modes: FAQ answering, ticket triage, email drafting, and CRM summarization. Multi Workspace: Each team gets its own isolated workspace with rolebased access control. Streaming Responses: Real-time token streaming via ServerSent Events for instant AI replies. Audit Trail: Full chat history stored per user for compliance and review. AWS Native: Runs on EC2 with IAM roles, Amazon S3 for document storage, and Amazon Bedrock (Claude Sonnet + Titan Embeddings V2) for all AI inference.

Vendor refund policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-period, access continues until the end of the current billing period. Contact support@ceciluxelegance.com within 48 hours of your first subscription charge for refund consideration. We review all requests case by case.

You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.
