Vendor refund policy
MaayaERP offers a 30-day full refund for annual subscriptions if requirements aren't met; after that, refunds are pro-rata minus implementation costs. Completed service milestones are non-refundable, while unstarted ones are refundable. Renewals allow a 14-day refund window. Requests via (support@maayasoft.in ) are processed in 10 business days via AWS. Excludes AWS, third-party, and delivered custom work.
